All of our offices are open Monday through Friday, and the phones in our offices open at 8:30 a.m. If you feel you have an urgent problem which needs to be seen that day, please call early in the morning so that an appointment can be scheduled.

| It is the policy of The Greater Washington Orthopaedic Group, PA, to follow Federal Red Flag Rules and all Federal and State reporting requirements regarding possible identity theft. As such, GWOG requires that all patients present a valid Federal or State photo identification card and a current health insurance identification card, as proof of identity. Without these documents, we are unable to extend credit, defer payments, submit claims to health insurance carriers or release medical records. Failure to provide requested proof of ID will result in the postponement of appointments until the necessary documents become available. Cooperation with these Federal and State laws is appreciated. |

We are happy to assist you when filling out your insurance forms. If you wish to have a report sent to your personal physician, please let us know. Many insurance policies do not cover the full cost of your care, and you may be responsible for full payment. If you have questions regarding the cost of your care, please call our Silver Spring Office.
