I wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. In the aftercare from my appointment, I'd tried to reach Dr. Guterman because I was only able to get a portion of my percocet prescription fulfilled and wanted to ensure that I didn't run out before seeing the Dr. again, but my requests for a refill prescription weren't followed up on by the practice.

Dr. Guterman performed successful hip replacement surgery for me in 2021. He put me at ease immediately with his professionalism, pleasant, caring personality and patience. He and the surgical coordinator, Lauren, were always very prompt in addressing my concerns.

Dr. Guterman was great. He took his time and listened to me.
I’m very unhappy about not being able to get in touch with him, but this is NOT his fault. I consistently get directed to a number with an answering machine. VERY FRUSTRATING.

I was very pleased with the efficiently run office and especially with Dr. Sanders. He discussed options such as a cortisone shot and physical therapy, but didn't pressure me in any way. He was direct and pleasant. I definitely consider him a mensch.
